About owner, Kristy Aserlind:
A native Montanan, Aserlind has been fly fishing for most of her life. She is a licensed Montana fishing guide, has her state Independent Contractor card, and is insured through FOAM (the Fishing Outfitters Association of Montana.) She is on the staff at Livingston’s iconic Dan Bailey’s.
Aserlind, a USRowing certified coach, has coached Masters rowing, and has taught private sculling lessons. She stroked the national champion women’s crew in college, and competes in Masters rowing at the local, regional, national and international level. She is a PSIA Level 3-certified ski instructor, currently teaching skiing full time at Bridger Bowl, MT. In addition to private and class program lessons, she has also conducted Women’s clinics and specialty skiing clinics--and has coached Mitey Mite and high school ski racing. Kristy has also been a swimming instructor, swim coach and lifeguard, and has a Masters degree in Teaching from Lewis & Clark College.
